What the program consists of:
4 Yoga Practice & Meetings: Thursday’s 6:00-8:45 pm (June 6, 13, 20, 27)
6:00-7:15 Sattva Yoga Class, 7:30-8:45 Meeting
Sattva Yoga is a deeply healing practice which integrates many yogic tools including breath, kriya, asana, and mantra to connect to one’s to self in a radically transformative way. The focus of these classes will be on transcending self-imposed limitations and accessing self-compassion.
Change is more likely to happen in an enviornment of suppot which is why the meetings are an important part of this joureny. The tools of discussion, self relfection, and journaling will be used to empower and suppot you on this journey.
In the meetings you will also learn:
How the brain and nervous system impact our habit patterns and
How Kriya can shift the neural pathways of our brain thereby making it easier to create lasting change
21- Day Sadhana (dedicated or spiritual practice):
You will be practice a 11-minute Himalayan Kundalini Kriya Set to cultivate staying power on your own time every day. You receive a written copy of this set as well as a video you can follow along with.
Kriya’s unleash the power of the subtle body. They expand, transform, and move stagnant energy out of the body so that you can experience more ease, peace and joy in your life.
