You will walk away from this training with knowledge of:
What Kriya Is, Where it comes from, and how it impacts the body, mind, and subtle body.
How to integrate Kriya into your life to stabilize your energy, expand your consciousness, and awaken your truth.
You will learn 4-6 Kriiya sets and choose one to use as a 21 or 40 day Sadhana after the program.
If you are a teacher, how to offer Kriya to your students in a group or private setting (another workshop will be coming to go deeper into this aspect).

Where do Kriyas come from?
I first discovered Kriya when I studied with my local Kundalini teachers in Sacramento. I then traveled to India in 2014 to study with Kia Miller to train in Kundalini Yoga. It was in India that I met my main teacher, Anand Mehrotra, who developed Sattva Yoga. The Kriyas you will learn in this training come from the Himalayan tradition. They were first practiced by yoga masters in the Himalayas and passed down from teacher to student until my teacher wrote them down, so that we could bring them to more students.
The Himalayan Kriyas are Tantra and Kundalini Kriyas. Kriyas are a repetitive breath practice, movement or mantra that bring you into a meditative state. There are many Kriyas for various purposes. In general, they reset the nervous system, balance the brain, release stuck energy and awaken consciousness. The mantras are in Sanskrit.
