Mindfulness for Teen

A bi-monthly class for young people ages-12-15, needing a safe container to learn positive techniques that support important issues like social conflicts, school stress, family dynamics and other issues that are import to teenagers. Your teen learns Mindfulness techniques, non-violent communication, emotional regulation and other personal/ group skills that reduce stress through a Yogic lens.

The class is limited to 12 teens for the series of 6 classes. The group is closed until the next series starts in January.
