Struggling with an injury?  Yoga can help.


Join Malinda Stumbos for this 90 minute workshop where we will discuss different types of injuries (shoulders, neck, back, hips, etc…) and practice modifications for a variety of basic poses that work for your body.  You will learn how to use yoga as a benefit to the healing process of your injury, and how to utilize your modifications during any yoga class you take in the future.

Investment: $20 for members and $25 for non-members
