I wanted to share with you that my meditation practices and the kriya have changed my life. It’s almost as if the obsessive thoughts/negative self talk have been deleted from my brain. I have spent my life listening to what felt like a recording in my brain and it’s almost completely been dismissed. If it comes up it’s much easier for me to recognize it, observe it and dismiss it. …. I am so grateful!
