Are You Ready to DIVE DEEPER than the ASANA?

This Training is for YOU if you

Have taken a 200 Hr YTT and are teaching and you want to deepen your knowledge and offerings.

Have taken a 200 HR YTT and aren’t teaching and you want to develop the confidence to move into teaching.

Have taken a 200 Hour Training and have no desire to teach but you want want to deepen your knowledge of the practices.

This Program is unique in that it is rooted in both the Vinyasa and Himalayan traditions. The first 5 years of Anjali’s (aka Dr. Cathy Connors) teaching she studied vinyasa extensively and brings that expertise into her trainings. Over the last 5 years she has traveled to India 8 times to study the sacred teachings of meditation, kriya, pranayama and mantra. It is her dharma to bring these sacred teachings to the states and share them in a way that is relevant for our modern world. Anjali is a psychologist and brings her 25 years of experience in that field to all of my trainings. Anjali also bring in a number of guest teachers during the training including: Padma Diamond, Bajrang Satta, Sukhbir Collins, and others.
